$50 to have Second tire Inflated?

Our camping friends called Good Sam road side assistance to have a tire inflated. He has a dully. The service guy charged him $50 to pump up the second tire. What is with that? It does not sound like good customer service!!!

    If you are a member of Good Sam's Road Assistance service is there a charge to change a blown out tire?

    Some of those duallies are a bit** to get to. Perhaps it's 'unusual' service.
