We all seem to by into hype of roadside assistance.
As someone mentioned "Getting a tow is not like ordering a Hamburger at the drive Thru". There will always be lots of moving pieces and variables.
Prompt service will always be the luck of the draw because the actual tow companies are independent subcontractors.
What you are actually paying for is a cheap tow if you need it.
Retail cost for towing a 5'er combo or large RV can easily be $1000.00 or more.
Roadside assistance will keep towing cost to a reasonable level however it will never be able to fully guarantee prompt service.
