I feel "SURE" you made an impression on them. When will you people quit throwing your money away and start using the ERS provided by your Primary Insurance Carrier? I RVed for 6 yrs, traveled for 30,000 miles, and had nothing but the coverage offered by Progressive. Cost $30 per yr. and when I needed it, they provided what I needed.
