Thank you for your time and post, I apologize for the experience you have had with the merchandise certificates. Merchandise certificates are geared to help drive business into the Camping World retail stores. However, we do acknowledge that many of our customers do not live near a store, or it may be inconvenient for them to get to a store. You do have the option to send in the merchandise certificate and we can reimburse your credit card. You can place your order on www.campingworld.com or by calling the Camping World call center at 1-877-273-2025. On the merchandise certificate please write your name, order number and any contact information such as an email address or phone number and then send it to Camping World at P.O Box 90017 Bowling Green, KY 42102.
