Good Grief! This has nothing to do with "Hating" GS. I asked a simple question about a GS "Product". It deserved an answer.
And even the answer I did eventually get was an uninformed non-answer.
It's just simple. Customers deserve better than that.
And finally in the RV world Good Sam has been very good at turning what was at one time a small mom and pop enterprise into an international conglomerate of companies that is very successful. I have no well of pity for them.
