I have used AAA, Coachnet and GS. My experience over 20+ years of RVing:
AAA would respond quicker and the people manning the phones were efficient and better trained. But, AAA would send the wrong equipment for my trailer (5th wheel) when it needed to be towed.
Coachnet was adequate in all respects.
I've used GS platinum for the last couple years. I have needed 1 tow for personal car, 3 tire changes and a lockout. In every case, the people manning the phones appeared poorly trained and took MUCH longer gathering information than they should need. The tow was pretty quick (40 minutes) but confusing. 2 different tow companies called and gave 2 different response times (both high) and another company just showed up in 30 minutes. All of the tire changes were terrible (2 trailer one truck). They all were in very populated areas of Orange County, CA. They always sent someone from 30-60 miles away and it took 90-120+ minutes. The last one kept calling back with increased wait time and I just canceled it and changed the tire myself. Not happy with GS.
