The roadside assistance companies are like cell phone coverage, some companies are better than others in specific areas.
I have State Farm roadside on my truck, but have Coachnet on my camper. We’ve used the services twice, and onetime State Farm couldn’t find anyone in the area, the other time Coachnet couldn’t. Both times we gave the name of the towing company to the operator that couldn’t find anyone, and they called them and worked things out. We ended up paying for the tow and got reimbursed one of the times.
As big as this country is, there will be holes where they can’t find anyone.
