I don't understand what difference it makes since the rear end was full of oil and had not been tampered with by me or anyone else. I am over 2,000 miles from home and was on a perfect family vacation when this happened. Between the hotel, car rental and food, its costing me over $200 a day. My wife and two children have been cooped up in this hotel for 8 days and counting. Is this what the Good Sam advertisement means? We'll fix it when we feel like it???????????????? I feel your pain but the warranty company will look for any reason to blame you or someone else, if it shows upon inspection that the grease or oil was dirty and should have been changed or the wear pattern indicates a problem that should have been addressed before failure you might want to just pay the bill and go home.
