Android APP not letting me register

I just received my new GoodSams cards after renewing plan.
I installed the Android app on my new galaxy S3 but the app will not let me register. Keeps saying to call. I call and they say my old phone that I dont have anymore has the program on it and this is the problem. They say there is no solution at this time to get app to register on new phone. This is just not acceptable :S

  • I installed from play store and installed fine but will not let me register. I agree that it should not matter how many phones it is on. They gave me 2 cards one for me and other for wife
  • Are you trying to load it from the "play store" or from the website? I was able to use the play store to get it to load. It shouldn't make any difference what-so-ever how many phones you have it loaded on.
