I was contacted via PM from a member of Marcus Rapid Response Team. She was able to arrange for someone from NGI to call me and I believe the situation is now resolved. They have agreed to waive the early cancellation fee in my case. Hopefully this is the end of this and I will not receive another bill. I'm thankful that one of the Rapid Response Team members was able to facilitate this.
