Did you create an account when you joined? If so you can go to goodsam.com and log on and go to member info. you can even print a temporary card. Or call 1-866-205-7451 for a replacement.

It appears they are asking about regular good sam and not the ers coverage. If so they are in the wrong section of this forum.

Does GS ERS still issue cards? I thought they stopped issuing physical cards, and switched to online access, where you can login to the GSERS website and print one for your records.
So, have you ever logged into Good Sam ERS website to review your account?
If no, then call their customer service desk and ask them.
