Ask Marcus??? Is he still alive? I have written multiple emails to him regarding a problem and I never hear from him or the Longmont, CO sales manager. They are all "great friends" when you are making a purchase but ignore you if you have a complaint or problem!

Marcus used to ALWAYS come her and personally get stuff handled...QUICKLY. When people were wrong he used to call them out. I miss he interaction. But with TV shows and buying up Rv dealerships I suppose he's too busy:(

If you sent an email to `The Donald' would you expect him to answer personally? Most of the time the higher ups wouldn't know how to solve a problem anyway (other than finances) so give the Staff a chance.

I have seen a couple of replies. He is too busy counting his money from the other show he does.

He does but it has Been a while most of the time it is one of his minions.............:C

Although It would be nice to hear from him more often.
