Asking for Apology Before Renewal
My member number is 800431629. I received my renewal notice today. I have no intention of renewing or having anything to do with Good Sam until I personally receive an apology from Marcus Lemonis for the incredibly ignorant remark he made regarding members who believe what our President said about Charlottesville.
I have done extensive research on those remarks and found them to be accurate in every way regardless of what the main stream media says. How many know that the ACLU took the case of the marchers to court to get them a permit? I have zero support for any white supremacists groups but I have even less respect for masked thugs who insist on violence to break up any permitted march. Antifa has proven their true colors in additional skirmishes that they instituted following Charlottesville.
I have calculated my benefits from Good Sam membership for the past year and they do not equal the membership fee. As a retired military veteran I find that most campgrounds give the same discount to veterans as Good Sam.
I was a charter member of the original Good Sam club (#0052) but the club has drifted far from it's original charter - to help others. Now it is little more than a money grubbing organization that still has some value in the RV world but not as much as they contend. Marcus - have you extended an apology?
