I have just paid off my jeep, should I pass on to Good Sam that my vehicle is paid off?

WRONG!
If you have an accident, your insurer will often send funds made payable to you and your lien holder. You would be very wise to remove any lien holders from any insurance policy.- Not unless you were first leasing it then purchased it outright. Lease rates are more expensive than purchase rates.
