All service contracts (and OEM warranties) require that oil changes and service be performed to keep the coverage in force. We don't specify the intervals, we ask our customers to perform the oil changes and services according to the manufacturer's requirements.
If you feel that you have met the manufacturer's service intervals, I'd be happy to re-open the claim and have a look at the documentation.
