A big issue withe the extended "warranty" policies is that they think up more reasons not to pay than they do to pay. In the OP's case, he needs to look at what the manufacturer states as required maintenance. If the Op met those requirements, then the policy should pay. If he did not, then it is his fault. The OP claimed the warranty company required a certain maintenance schedule he did not adhere to. The warranty company cannot demand a certain maintenance schedule unless it is spelled out in the agreement.
