Yes, I read the "company line" by obviously employees.
My complaint is more that what is in the Dodge maintenance book does not state that towing does not have to be full time for the 30,60,90k etc. That is only BAD SAM's rigid interpretation of their recommendations, to their benefit but not to the vehicle's real needs. The regular main=tenace schedule is 100K, certainly a lot different than 30k interval and I only tow about ½ time.
