Battery not charging or is discharging

I have a 2015 Blue Ridge 36' 5th wheel and after spending 2 days on SHORE POWER i traveled 125 miles to my home and 6 month old interstate batterywould not even lower my landing gear.
I would appreciate any suggestions on what could be wrong.

    For us, using an inexpensive volt meter helps me understand what's going on with the batteries.

    Okay, plug the trailer into shore power and then check the voltage at the battery. It should be ABOVE 13.5V

    Sounds like your converter is not charging. HVe you checked it?
