Better vetting of your service people would be good
On a trip from Fort Worth to Carmel, CA we had a trailer tire disintegrate about four hours into the trip. Called GSRA, was told 1.5 hours.
Two hours later 'mechanic' showed up. Needed me to pull further off the road, into the roadside trash outside the shoulder, because he had cut his air hose and now it was too short to reach from behind our trailer.
Then he asked to borrow a phillips-head screwdriver.
Then he told me he didn't have the right sized socket (13/16") for the lugs and would have to go back to the shop.
The next day, the newly-installed spare (still had sticker on it) delaminated. Another two-hour wait. He had a screwdriver. He didn't have a 13/16" socket either. Another trip back to the shop.
What qualifications do y'all have for your RA people?
OBTW, the next day I bought ALL new trailer tires.
