At some point in the past you used the same credit card when you paid your annual dues to GoodSam and agreed to automatic billing in the future. You should have received a postcard 30 days prior to renewal time letting you know that the same card would be charged. That is how it works with me. I have been on automatic renewal for many years. It works for me, but may not be suitable for everyone. I believe the GSE refers to Good Sam Enterprises.
