With all due respect, I disagree. I think the best forum to accomplish the answer to his questions is right here! I, for one, am very interested in the answer to his latest question and am sure many other of our members are also. I also don't think I should have to make a phone call to find out the answer since the question was asked here. After all, the name of this forum is "Good Sam Roadside Assistance".

Barney, "with all due respect", I value the information on the RV.net forum as much as you do but at the end of the day, who pays for the ERS tow costs? Frank? Barney? or me?
If there is a dispute, need for final clarification or misunderstanding regarding the ERS tow services, I personally would want to use information/answers from both the RV.net forum and Good Sam Roadside member services. :)
