A dialogue is by definition between two people, in this case presumably the O.P. and the company. ("Di" is the Latin for "two")

Except as a bystander, more properly perhaps as a busybody, where do you come in to the conversation?

It is an open forum, just like everyone sitting around the camp fire.

They want you to call because they can not sell and take you credit card number over this forum. They could actually but know one would do it. They want to get you in their "office" to make the sell.
