Sounds to me like you got mislead by the TRA rep. We are also TRA members, and I know the organization recently upgraded its membership package, but I have never heard where you can get C2C camping for free. It is written that way in your TRA contract? C2C itself advertizes the base $15 per night fee, paid of course with trip points. I would be interested in hearing how this issue gets resolved.
