How many of these issues does that company have to review before they get it right. Always we'll "review" after the fact and after you've taken someones money for a service you can't provide.
There is a complaint like this at least once a week. I think it is just a cash generator for Good Sam and you just dont give a S%&#
At 1 complaint a week that is 52 complaints per yr. I doubt they answer over 10,000 calls a yr. Terrible odds. :h
