I, for one, would be interested in how many calls per week Good Sam receives for service.
The Care Team always asks for a PM but never does anything to defend themselves. I am sure some calls are mishandled but how many are handled properly?
Maybe the Care Team should not just issue an automatic response to complaints
here, and do a better job of clearing them up.
If youve ever had a problem the Team merely sends you to the next guy in the chain. Chain is only as good as the weakest link... plenty of weak links we hear of here.
Csr replies /responses are commonly scripted in most csr programs. You cant script Common sense . Common sense is something your parents taught you.
