IF it is you sitting on the side of the road with no help, and no hope. It does NOT matter how many others they did help. all that matters is that you are sitting on the side of the road, and the people you paid to help you, are not doing it.
This is not a percentage thing. Either they do what you paid for, or they didn't.
To borrow another posters expression. Roadside assistance is not like ordering hamburgers at the drive through. It will never be foolproof or without delay 100% of the time.
