Failures in communication are a common problem today in all endeavors. Now, if you will communicate what happened MAYBE the problem could be rectified and training provided to bring the agent you spoke to up to standards or maybe an explanation of what went wrong could be given to you.

DID YOU HAVE TROUBLE WITH GOOD SAM? That is what gets you the 3 cents off per gallon at pilot/flying J. It has no roadside assistance component.

You talk about using State Farm. I will assume it is for roadside assistance. That is a different product from Good Sam. It has no gas discount component from flyingj/pilot.
