I often get opportunities to review businesses such as banks, hospitals, doctor offices retail stores, online businesses etc. that I do business with.....they have their set forms to check or answer that allow them to gather the information they are seeking but none of them are from the customer's point of view.
Example from above about the point system and noise..... a small group rates the noise level they observe and can only deduct one point......suppose there are 1,000 customers that have problem with the noise and only 25 do not. How does that compare with all the other amenities? Suppose that 1,000 customers found the facilities clean but 25 didn't and the review group deducted 1 point for uncleanliness in their opinion?
Is that the information a park wants to know?
