Just wanted to say that I watched "The Profit" for a short time last night for the first time, and I agree that Marcus should spend less time there and more time here righting this ship. I had problems from day one with CW, and have since not renewed nor made any purchases since my initial purchase.
The reality is that if things were handled differently by cw, I truly believe they would have more customers and better profits as a result. I'm sure they would regain a member in myself, and I would make many more purchases from them. As it sits I don't see this happening. And with that, my money goes to independents, eBay, and Amazon, and in all cases I have had nary a single problem in comparison to the ones I had in my initial purchase of my membership here and my initial purchase of gear from cw.
The frustrating part of the entire thing for me (though its much less now that I know better and could care less) is that all these problems seem readily and fairly easily fixable with even a minimum amount of time and effort on Marcus's and CW's part.
I do appreciate the forums here however. FWIW, I think that is about all they have done right.
