July 13, 2015, we received confirmation that a member of the Rapid Response Team was in direct communication with Mr. Summerall in an effort to address his concerns, days prior to our receipt of this complaint.
CWRV Sales' Regional Vice President has confirmed the location was unsuccessful in its attempts to repair the front windshield of Mr. Summerall's RV and no charges were assessed to the customer or his insurance company.
