Camping World has given my mailing address to Ocean Canyon Properties without my permission. Ocean Canyon Properties is an RV Campground Time Share who offer three "free" nights at on of their few properties. While there, there is a hard sale presentation to purchase a time share program which not only requires monthly payments for the time share but annual member fees subject to change at any time.I reviewed the files of the BBB and there far two many complaints on their practices to be sponsored by Camping World, Good Sam Club, or anyone else. There are even complaint web sites from their employees.Please remove my mailing address from Ocean Canyon Properties data bases. Please don't provide either my email or mailing address to ANYONE.This is NOT the type of organization which you should associate yourself.Ol'Soldier

I too received a call from Ocean Canyon. Set a date to go there, but in the meantime checked them out on the internet (to include BBB) and quickly decided I wanted no part of them. Too many issues/complaints from customers. Called them back and cancelled appointment and told them to put me on do-not-call list.Agreed - Good Sam probably should do a bit of research before they pass off their member's info.Don

I like to take advantage of the 3 or 4 night stays for an hour or so sales presentation. I have no problem attending the meeting, then just walk away.My only experience with Ocean Canyon was a 3 week stay in November, 2014. Got to have Thanksgiving Dinner with about a 100 OCP members at Mountain Lakes in Alabama. I don't believe that I have ever met a group of Rv'ers that seemed so happy. We were staying there using our ROD membership and were the only "outsiders" there. Seems like a mixture of age groups. A lot said they only used their membership for vacations and special events. I thought that was a lot of expense for just a few weeks a year. In talking with OCP members, I do believe that there membership is one of the most expensive.

No different than a thousand other business/marketing arrangements.
