BB TX, who is your insurance company?
My trouble started because the insurance person that had our claim did not follow up on our claim even after telling us she would. Her boss went on vacation and the agent stopped answering our calls. Because we has purchased GS insurance and needing to get home we had to drop the trailer on the nearest CW repair shop and relay on them to work with GS insurance. Many other issues later and 5+ months we still do not have our trailer.
SO REALLY who is your insurance.
Just got a call from CW, more excuses, no answer as to when we will have a trailer.
