Can we get towed two times for the same breakdown?

Never was sure if GS ERS tows us to the facility of their choice.....and the shop says "we can't help.....won't do this type work"......or is the wrong shop to work on an Allison trans....or something...

I broke down out of state GS ERS towed it on a Sun to a Pilot that would not work on it. They picked it up on Monday morning and towed it to another state, that could fix it. {BRAKES} The only thing it cost me was overnight in a motel, that I did not need. They called ahead to the shop, but somehow got the numbers mixed up. Best bet would be to call GS and ask them of your particular situation.
