Can we get towed two times for the same breakdown?

Update: I talked with Frank and the outcome was to my satisfaction. The phrase "capable" will cover our Allison 1000 and any miscommunication between ERS and the service center who later backs out of repairing our Allison 1000.

There will be a second tow at no additional charge and mileage will not come into play.
