I had a terrible experience with a tow company they sent when we broke down. When I looked them up on the web there were all kinds of complaints about how crooked they were. You would think that Good Sam would research the companies they use. The First time i called them our Jack was stuck down and a guy in a old pick up showed up with floor jack and no other tools. Called me first because he was driving around looking for a bus? Bottom line is i think they just find someone close by and send them out, regardless of experience with RV's. I ran the first guy off and called them back and told them to forget it and fixed it myself. The second time it was to late and the guy had left with some of our parts, got screwed raked over the coals and left stranded in a parking lot for 3 days. GS never even called me back to check on us. SO believe me it can get worse.
