That is bad for sure, but they probably were correct. The "contract" that you agreed to said they would tow it to the nearest facility that can handle the repair. So they probably agreed to tow it to someplace there in Seward who can do the repair at your cost, not under warranty. The "contract" does not say they will tow it to a place of your choosing or to an authorized agent capable of warranty work.
