I want to thank Ella, and Craig, for their immediate assistance with my extended warranty cancellation issue. Ella was in contact with me yesterday, shortly after I posted above, and Craig called today. Based on Craig's actions with the dealership, I have complete confidence that Good Sam has brought resolution to my concern. My refund check is being expedited.
