Charge for mounting tire to rim
If a tire store charges $35 to mount a tire to a rim why does Good Sam Roadservice charge $130 if you already have a tire and do not purchase one at time of blowout?

GS does charge a yearly fee. That fee pays for the service call, but not parts or labor as mentioned above. They would lose money if they paid to have the tire changed. The above mentioned cost is more than the yearly premium is.
