Charge for mounting tire to rim
If a tire store charges $35 to mount a tire to a rim why does Good Sam Roadservice charge $130 if you already have a tire and do not purchase one at time of blowout?

The Tire Shop has everything bolted to the floor and mount more than 1 tire at a time, probably hundreds a day. The service coming out to you does probably a few a day, and somedays probably does not do any at all. I would image the $130 is the minimum labor rate, which is also paying for all the equipment they might use more than once or twice a day. I find $130 to be reasonable considering they are bringing the tire shop to me.
