GS negotiates with service companies on responding to certain situations and they pay them. Things as mounting a tire (that you have) are not included in that service call. Yes GS is paying for them to come there and if you had a spare tire on the rim, then GS would pay for that. Same as with any roadside service. You can always decide not to pay for the tire mounting and call a company of your own. But I imagine to have someone respond and mount a tire, would cost a lot more than $130. At least you are getting a good portion of the entire call paid for.
