Thanks to Ella and the Good Sam Care Team!
2 days after my post I received a call from John the service manager at our Camping World stating that per our policy the repair would be performed for the $50 deductible.
That repair along with a couple others and preventive maintenance on just about everything were completed in outstanding fashion by our friends at Camping World.
I would also like to say a special Thank you to Kathy our rock star service writer. Who, bless her, talks us back from the edge every season without fail.
I know that a lot of people have had bad experiences with Good Sam/Camping World. Me too.
But if you ever want to see what a Camping World is supposed to be, I encourage you to stop by ours in Saukville, WI. Its just fun. At least for us.
LOL, they did get us for the supply charge on the preventive maintenance.
Moral of the story: Marcus got our money anyway. A TireMinder and 2 more years of Good Sam Club. haha!
