Oh my! I've been shopping CW for at least 13 years or more, not just the Indiana location, but as we travel across the USA too. We enjoy visiting CW in different locations when traveling, and always looking for new 'gadgets.'
Almost every time I go into a CW, I talk to the cashier and parts desk folks about RV.net (sometimes salesmen too), if they read anything on it, check it out, or have anything to say about the Open Roads (RV.net) forum. In the last 13-ish years and all the various CW stores we've visited, there have been only a couple employees that even knew about this forum!
THAT's where CAMPING WORLD and GOOD SAM need to start with this process! Educate their own employees what their own company has to offer, and what folks are saying about the place they work for. That pretty sad when you think about it, their own employees don't even know about this forum!
Unless GS is providing on-the-clock time for employees to "check out" this forum, why would they?
Honestly, the folks in the stores have jobs, not careers. They aren't going to spend their personal time reading posts on a forum about their work. They want to forget their jobs.
And, having worked retail, I can tell you, that after a day of dealing with customers, the last thing I want to do is spend my time off reading how horrible I am because I didn't waive policy for someone.
