I think we are making more out of this than it is. GS/CW/affinity are providing a sub forum to allow customers,forum members or the general public to complain and seek help with any issues they may have with the company. CW/GS Team members monitor the site and address customer issues. That's it.
They are not looking to debate or discuss store policy with forum members nor are they looking for advice from forum members.
Truth is people will come on the forum and air CW dirty laundry with or without a GS/CW venue. CW has been proactive enough to dedicate a forum for customer satisfaction issues.They monitor the forum for complaints and respond privately on a case by case basis.
Every complaint we read about is not 100% legit. I'm sure CW has their share of mishaps, poor service and errors. On the other hand we only get one side of the story and the truth often lies somewhere in between.
Hopefully the CW/GS members resolve the issue to the consumers satisfaction.
That is where it ends. The customer issue forum is not a round table area for forum members to way in and put there 2 cents into the situation it is merely a version of a 1-800 line where GS/CW customers can seek help.
