Not really.
The concept you mentioned was proposed by Facebook, Twitter and other social media networks. But because of strong opposition from users...it didn't pan out.
In many cases it infringe their right to privacy. Some would not want their life story on the web.
The strongest voice came from the European Community.
No one can stop anyone from keeping a copy of a comment (which most users do) that they've made before posting it. Should there be any need to clear up to settle conflicts in case a person gets offended.
