I think this is a decision every RVer has to make on their own. I had GSERS for years. When needed it was tough getting what I paid for. Since Marcus almost impossible. Since I read almost every post on this forum I switched to Coach Net. Is it any better? Don't know. Can't be any worse. Last time I called GSERS all I got was a busy signal. Unfortunately it is like insurance. You hope it is there when you need it. JMHO marcus is doing a great job for his investors. Not so much for RVers. However, that is just my personal opinion. If you think GSERS works for you keep it.
