I had CN, flat tire, no one showed up, ended up calling someone on my own after CN swore the service had been rendered because they had called the tow company. They will side with the tow company. I ended up paying for it out of pocket, and CN refused to reimburse me for it. If you post anything negative on the CN FB page, they delete it, no message, guess they do not like folks airing dirty laundry.
I now have GS, used it twice, no problems. Just my opinion, all the providers have good and bad, you have just have to try to figure out who has the better service in places you visit and may use them. I have not had any reason to be towed anywhere, just needed small stuff, flat repairs, dead battery, and a loose air line I did not have the parts to fix myself.
I also have AAA, needed their battery service. They showed up an hour late, did not bring the right battery, and had to leave and come back with one. I did get on my way, but it took 3 hours.
Good luck with whomever you choose, hopefully you will never need to use them.
