We had a slide problem over 2000 miles from home- called Coach Net- they sent a tire repair crew that supposed to be there by 8PM, showed up at 2AM and had never worked on a slide. We were in a very close RV park, so I'm sure our neighbors were not happy, and neither were we. We apologized to them the next morning- nice folks. They were un-kept and unknowledgeable. We finally sent them home, but not before they tore out our slide seal and gave us the heebie jeebies for over an hour- did not even know there was a motor to the slide, much less where it was. Bad and only experience with Coach New.
