I have a claim processing for the Extended service plan. My email to claims with my corroborating invoice, ended up in their "Junk mail" box and after waiting 6 weeks it has just been found.
Junk mail box at an insurance claims company.. what next??

  • The good insurance companies acknowledge receipt of the claim.
  • Another tactic hoping by stalling you'll somehow go away. Hey if just 1 person dies during that period they won't be paying any claim. Cost them nothing to try. Cost you aggravation. They win again.
