Community Bank Visa I need more info!

This for a GOOD SAMS Visa I can't get reply from Good Sams either! I didn't get info about how to contact the new bank.
I did call the number but Good Sams changed to a different bank for there Good Sam's Visa card. So if I call the old card they say your account has been transferred.

What also bothers me is the fact Good Sam don't seem to be taken care of business. Took me a year to get my camping card.

It may be because you're misspelling the name of the new bank.

If you really want to contact Comenity Bank, try Comenity Customer Resource Center.

Moderators, perhaps this thread should be moved to the Good Sam Club forum. There are several threads with answers directly from GS on this very issue.

Call the toll free number listed on the back of your bill/card?

Maybe talk to the new Bank? Seems like if you can't access the bank by phone it would be a good reason to avoid that bank. Is it a local branch? Or just online bank? Did they change sites and not give you a forwarding link?
