Confirmation on Cancelling GSRA - Resolution Update
In July we had a problem with our tow vehicle and called Good Sam to help us. They wouldn't help, stating that it was a "courtesy" tow (we needed to get our trailer out of the RV park). Fortunately, we still carried AAA and they actually towed our trailer all the way home -- about 120 miles for a $75 charge (we were over the 100 mile limit).
I contacted BOTH Good Sam and Camping World in Valencia to cancel the rest of the policy, which was quite expensive. We were told that the balance of the policy would be credited to the balance on our trailer. We submitted the form that was sent to us by CW Valencia, assuming that we'd receive some sort of confirmation that the policy was cancelled and what the corrected balance on our trailer was. That was back in either September or October.
To date, we have heard nothing from either GSRA or Camping World.
